People should not be punished for not having a traffic engineer in CDA

Vice President of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nasir Chaudhry has said that the public should not be punished for not having traffic engineers in CDA and traffic police. U-turns were made in the fast lane on Kashmir Highway, which has caused dozens of accidents and deaths. U-turns cannot be made in the fast lane anywhere in the world – the underpasses being built in Islamabad are also full of design errors. And a single rain of poor construction has opened the floodgates. While the F-8 underpass has also become a death point, substandard work was done in a hurry. He has asked Prime Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif to get a High Court judge to investigate the quality and design errors of these projects and punish those responsible.
