An Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry delegation led by President Nasir Qureshi and Chairman Founder Group Tariq Sadiq arrived at the National Press Club Islamabad. They congratulated the newly elected President of PFUJ Afzal Butt and President of RIUJ Tariq Ali Work, General Secretary Asif Bashir Chaudhry and all the officials.

On this occasion, officials of the Islamabad Chamber said that journalists and businessmen are standing shoulder to shoulder. The success of Afzal Butt and RIUJ leadership is a matter of honor not only for the journalist community but also for the civil society. The Islamabad Chamber wants to work together with PFUJ, RIUJ and the National Press Club so that the country’s economy develops. PFUJ President Afzal Butt thanked the chamber delegation and said that they came to the National Press Club repeating the old tradition of the chamber.
There is an exemplary and modest relationship between traders and journalists. The chamber’s standards also advance this relationship. Whenever we sit together, we always talk about the improvement of Islamabad, for which the Islamabad Chamber deserves tribute. Two years ago, when the PFUJ President was elected, the country’s economy was in shambles. When the people of the chamber came to congratulate him, he proposed that chambers across the country have their credibility.
Let’s jointly launch such a movement that the city and the country move towards improvement. To improve the country’s economy, political parties should be brought together and convinced on the Charter of Economy, on which work was started, and finally we succeeded in bringing all political parties together on the economy. On this occasion, RIUJ President Tariq Ali Virk thanked the delegation and said that our mutual relationship will remain the same. In the problems of traders, we are always with you. We stand by you for the betterment of this city.
General Secretary RIUJ Asif Bashir Chaudhry said that there is a close and long-standing relationship with the Islamabad Chamber. He is grateful to the Islamabad Chamber for the wonderful hosting of the BDM members on the occasion of the PFUJ meeting. President of the National Press Club Azhar Jatoi said that the traders and the Chamber play an important role in making Islamabad a beautiful capital. Secretary NPC Nayyar Ali welcomed the delegation to the Press Club and thanked them and said that there is a loving relationship with the Chamber.
Whenever we come together, we think for the betterment of the business community and the journalist community. There is a need to work together to overcome the crisis so that a positive message can be sent to the government.
