President of G-11 Markaz Naeem Awan-Supermarket President Shahzad Abbasi and General Secretary of Aabpara Market Akhtar Abbasi have said that the business community will fully cooperate in removing encroachments from the markets, but before taking action, representatives of the business community should be taken into confidence.

They further said that contrary to the government’s claims, a storm of inflation has arrived. Imposing heavy fines on small shopkeepers will not end inflation. Sending a shopkeeper of a Karachi company to jail and a fine of fifty thousand rupees to an employee is repairable.
He has asked Chief Commissioner ICT Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa to immediately convene a meeting of the administration and business representatives on the issue of encroachments and fines.
