Karachi: Important news regarding the increase in the salaries of employees has come, the admin order could not be issued, which is causing concern to the employees.
According to the details, the PIA administration could not issue an admin order to increase the salaries of employees, the employees are worried due to the non-issuance of the admin order to increase the salaries.Sources said that the admin order is issued first and the salary increase was transferred later.
President CBA Hidayatullah Khan said that it is surprising that the admin order was not issued by the administration, on which we are concerned.
The PIA administration had approved the increase in the salaries of employees two weeks ago, the spokesperson had said that the airline had approved a cadre-wise change in the salaries of employees in line with the inflation rate.
The spokesperson said that the last increase in the salaries of PIA employees was 4 years ago, the inflation rate during the past 4 years had made the conditions of the employees tense.The spokesperson further said that salaries have been increased by 15 percent, which will help in retaining less experienced people in the organization.
Over the past years, the national airline has seen a continuous reduction in its workforce, with the number of employees falling to less than 7,000, which is decreasing further.
