Islamabad: Speaker of National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, in his message on the blessed occasion of Shab-e-Mirag-un-Nabi (peace be upon him), said that the incident of Shab Miraj-un-Nabi (peace be upon him) is a source of freshness of faith and spiritual peace for the Muslim Ummah. This blessed night provides us with an opportunity to express gratitude for the greatness, power and endless blessings of Allah Almighty.
The Speaker National Assembly said that the incident of Shab-e-Miraj not only strengthens the faith of Muslims but also highlights the oneness of Allah Almighty and the greatness of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) in the best possible way. He said that the message of Shab Miraj is that despite worldly difficulties and challenges, if a person has complete trust in Allah Almighty, success can become his destiny.
He added that Shab Miraj is the best opportunity to seek the mercy and forgiveness of Allah Almighty. This night encourages us to worship, pray and seek forgiveness for our sins. Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq urged the Muslim Ummah to seek forgiveness from Allah Almighty for their sins on this blessed night and dedicate their lives to His pleasure.
The Speaker of the National Assembly said that we should also pray for the promotion of social harmony, brotherhood and unity on this holy night. Shab-e-Miraj makes us realize our responsibilities individually and collectively and teaches us to fulfill the rights of others.

Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Syed Mir Ghulam Mustafa Shah also called Shab-e-Miraj a great gift from Allah Almighty to the Muslim Ummah on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Miraj. He said that this night provides the best opportunity to get close to Allah Almighty and mold our lives according to His commands.
The Deputy Speaker said that Shab-e-Miraj reminds us that Allah Almighty is able to take His servants out of difficulties and accept their prayers.
He further said that on this night, we should pray for our reformation and for the promotion of goodwill, religious harmony and unity at the societal level. The Deputy Speaker prayed that Allah Almighty, through the grace of this holy night, may grant our homeland progress, prosperity and peace and save the Muslim Ummah from the challenges facing it.
