Washington: US President Donald Trump said the Strait of Hormuz is no longer driving the rise in gasoline prices. Trump said that record numbers of barrels of oil are coming onto the market almost daily.
According to the US president, refineries are being affected by Russia’s attacks in Ukraine, which is affecting the supply of oil.
Trump said that US refineries are also being shut down in Democratic states like California.
