Lahore: The Nikah ceremony of Mahnoor Safdar, daughter of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, is currently underway at Jati Umra.
According to sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived at Jati Umra to attend the ceremony; Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Senior Minister Maryam Aurangzeb have also reached the venue.
Sources indicate that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Captain (Retd) Safdar, Hassan Nawaz, and Hussain Nawaz are also present at Jati Umra.
Only the Sharif family and close relatives have been invited to the Nikah ceremony.
