Rawalpindi in tandem with the Prime Minister’s initiated fuel subsidy relief scheme, locals are under distress.
As per the current policies, it is stated that if a citizen possesses one automobile and one motorbike under one CNIC, then he will be granted relief for only one vehicle, which means that either the motorbike or car will attain relief.
Locals claim that a car and a motorcycle are the belongings of one family. In such circumstances, providing relief to one vehicle and not to another is contrary to the relief program’s fundamental rule.
Public circles have urgently demanded a response from the Prime Minister of Pakistan regarding this issue.
The demand urges the Prime Minister to reconsider the fuel relief policy, and both vehicles, motorbike and automobile registered under a single CNIC must both be granted relief under the program.
so that in the current economic surge, locals can attain relief via fuel subsidy.
