Lahore: PTI supporter Sanam Javed, imprisoned in Kot Lakhpat Jail, has approached the court to seek divorce from her husband. The Family Court Lahore issued a notice to her husband, Atiq Riaz, on November 25 and sought his response to the divorce claim.
Sanam Javed filed a divorce claim through mediation by lawyer Barrister Khadija Siddiqui.
Sanam Javed is serving her sentence in Kot Lakhpat Jail in the May 9 case.
