After robbing ordinary citizens in the Federal Capital, a private housing society has also started blackmailing its property dealers. A case has been registered at the police station next to the Prime Minister’s House.
According to information, Malik Shahbaz, a citizen of Rawalpindi, while registering a case at the police station secretariat, took the position that he is a property dealer and had good friendship relations with Muhammad Arshad, the marketing manager of the private housing society, Rodan Enclave, once said to him that financial conditions of our society are not good.
We have to arrange a function at the Best Western Hotel on One Club Road. You should arrange food and other arrangements for 600 people. All the expenses will be returned to you soon. The complainant organized a function there on June 1, 2024, last year, and spent Rs 4.15 million on it, and Rs 900,000 was also taken for the advertising campaign.
Now, while this process has been going on for more than 9 months, I have not received the money. The federal police have registered a case under section 420 against Rashid, the marketing officer of Rodan Enclave, and have started an investigation. It should be noted that the said housing society has committed corruption worth billions of rupees, and several applications are pending against them in the police stations.
Applications have also been filed with NAB and FIA against this private housing society. It is an appeal of the common citizens to take action against the said housing society and return the looted money of the common citizens.
