The District and Sessions Court, Islamabad, heard the case of trying to settle in the UK on fake visas, in which the FIA presented the 25 arrested students in the court of Judicial Magistrate Ahmed Shehzad Gondal and the physical remand of those 25 students has been approved.

The court handed over the 25 arrested suspects (students) to the FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Cell on a 2-day physical remand. The suspects are accused of tampering with their passports and trying to settle there. The lawyers of the suspects argued in the court that the arrested students were innocent and the real culprits were the agents whom the FIA did not grab.

In reply, the investigating officer said in the court that they were the real beneficiaries, as they tried to settle abroad fraudulently. All of them are adults and have a sense that tempering with visa documents is a crime.

Later, the court approved a 2-day physical remand for investigation. The suspects will be presented in court again on January 21.
