According to Senior Journalist Shamshad Mangat, The employees of the CDA itself had filed a petition to the National Industrial Relations Commission.
The court of the concerned forum pronounced its decision on robbing the rights of the employees and illegally confiscating or withholding all the benefits they get from the Government of Pakistan.
Few employees of CDA did not leave any legal forum to fight for their rights. It is said that whenever the employees get an opportunity to reconsider the important decisions taken by their superiors in favor of the employees, they are always disappointed.
An example of this was faced by the dismissed employees of the CDA department who did not give up their courage to get their rights and in this regard dismissed employees from 2015 filed a complaint against the senior officer of the organization in the National Industrial Relations Commission.
By filing a case in 2021, these dismissed employees saw a ray of hope, and a decision was issued to reinstate them all. The court ordered to deprive the employees and allow them all the privileges given by the government of Pakistan in the ongoing service from 2015 to 2021.
But after that, the dismissed employees did not get any kind of benefits, on which the said employees once again decided to fight for their rights and again they filed an appeal petition against the head of the organization, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa.
The relevant forum issued a warrant of arrest against the chairman CDA and it was written in the decision that if the chairman CDA did not appear in court on the given date, the concerned police station have the authority to arrest the Chairman CDA and present him in court.
