According to an international news agency, a spokesperson for Saudi Civil Defence stated that the incident occurred on Thursday in Taif Governorate, where a Houthi drone was intercepted and destroyed in mid-air.

The spokesperson reported that debris from the drone fell at various locations across Taif city, damaging homes and vehicles. One Yemeni national was killed, and two other individuals were injured in the incident.

The injured include a Saudi woman and a Pakistani national; both were transported to the hospital for medical treatment. The Pakistani national’s condition is reported to be critical.
