Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has said that thanks to God, economic stability has come, the economy is moving towards development, the stock market is in a good position, economic indicators are correct, the currency is stable, the Roshan digital account is also gradually increasing, it has become the foundation of our economy, now we have to move towards sustainable development, for the first time in the history of Pakistan, the tax system has improved, consideration is being given to providing relief to the salaried class in the budget, we are working to support the construction industry, but we will not allow speculation in the real estate sector.
I have come from Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Washington, and other countries, I have not seen any displeasure from overseas anywhere, I hope that remittances will be close to $35 billion this year, the private sector has to take the country forward, meetings with businessmen have started even before the budget, all sectors will have to play their role in stabilizing the economy.
He expressed these views while talking to the media on the occasion of the partnership for the first Special Olympics Unified Marathon here on Sunday. He said that work is also underway on reforms in the FBR, reforms are being brought in the tax authority so that it becomes easier for people to pay taxes, the burden of taxes on the manufacturing industry and the salaried class has increased, and we will think about reducing the burden on the salaried class in the budget, and growth should be taken forward continuously.
The government will support the private sector in every aspect for the development of the country, so the private sector should come forward to play its role in every sector.
