Renowned fashion designer Hassan Shahryar Yasin, also known as HSY, while talking about the ‘Farshi Salwar’ fashion trending on social media, has said that Farshi Salwar looks good on almost every Pakistani woman.
Before HSY, renowned designer Maria B had said that Farshi Salwar would not look good on women over 45 years of age. At the same time, she had said that Farshi Salwar would not look good on women who are a little overweight and short in height.
Maria B had said that women should understand that not every fashion and trend is for every woman, everyone should adopt clothing and fashion considering their personality, size, and physical features.
After Maria B, now HSY has also given his opinion on Farshi Salwar, disagreeing with Maria B.Hassan Shahryar Yasin recently participated in Nida Yasir’s Ramadan show, where he discussed Farshi Salwar on the host’s question. Without naming Maria B, he said that Farshi shalwar is a good trend and the best fashion.
HSY said that women from all regions and areas of Pakistan can wear Farshi shalwar, however, those who have some height and weight problems will have to make some changes in the shirt with such shalwar. He said that women who are a little overweight and short in height will have to lengthen their shirts and by doing so, they will also look good.
According to HSY, some women like to wear ankle-length shalwar, such women can also make some changes in Farshi shalwar. He said that most of the people living in Pakistan have the same religion, and our social thinking is also the same, although we belong to different communities, despite this, all women in our country can wear Farshi shalwar.
Earlier, Fahad Mustafa had also talked about the trend of ‘Farshi shalwar’ in his Ramadan show.
Fahad Mustafa also came wearing a Farshi shalwar in his game show ‘Jeeto Pakistan’ which aired on March 14 and he also asked the guests in the game show, actors Ijaz Aslam and Shoaib Malik, why they didn’t come wearing Farshi shalwar? While showing Farshi shalwar, Fahad Mustafa said that air comes from the shalwar and his video went viral.
A few days ago, Fahad Mustafa had asked Shaista Lodhi in the same game show what this ‘Farshi shalwar’ was. To which she told him that in the old days, the shalwars that were worn with big fives were called Farshi shalwars.
