IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi breaks fast with jawans at Zero Point Checkpoint. On this occasion, he said that my jawans are on alert 24/7, away from their children, and are responsible for the protection of the public. Every jawan of mine is my family, and it is my responsibility to take care of them.
All senior officers across the district are breaking fast with the jawans on duty, and Iftar is organized for more than 300 jawans on duty every day in the police lines.
Similarly, Iftar is being given to traffic officers and jawans posted at checkpoints. All jawans should be on alert and perform their duties for the protection of the public during Ramadan. Our first duty is to protect the lives and property of citizens.
