Trump failed to find Iran enriched Uranium. United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency

New York: The head of the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, has said that Iran’s 440 kilograms of highly enriched uranium have not yet been found, but there is no sign of repair or restoration of nuclear facilities.

Briefing the Security Council, Rafael Grossi said that since the US and Israeli attacks, international inspectors have not been able to access Iran’s affected nuclear facilities, making it impossible to verify the possible diversion of nuclear material.

He said that Iran must fulfill its international obligations regarding the monitoring of nuclear material, and that Oman, Pakistan, Qatar and Egypt are making significant diplomatic efforts to resume negotiations with Iran.

Emphasizing the re-implementation of the 2025 Cairo Agreement between Iran and the organization, Rafael Grossi said that diplomacy is essential for the return of inspectors and verification of nuclear facilities.

Effective IAEA monitoring is essential for any lasting agreement on Iran’s nuclear program.
