KARACHI: A luxury Range Rover, stolen from the United Kingdom in November 2022, has been tracked to Karachi’s Saddar area, according to a communication between Interpol Manchester and Pakistani authorities.

The Interpol letter, routed through the National Central Bureau (NCB) Pakistan to Sindh Police and the Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell (AVLC), stated that the black Range Rover Sport was stolen from Harrogate, UK, on November 22, 2022. The vehicle’s tracker initially pinged in Leeds before going offline, and its last recorded location was on February 11, 2025, near Korangi Service Road, Azam Basti, Saddar Town, Karachi.

Interpol confirmed that full details of the vehicle, including its registration number (MK70 OKW), VIN (SALWA2AY8MA771208), and engine number (201109Y0204PT204), are listed in its Stolen Motor Vehicle (SMV) database.

Following receipt of the letter, Sindh Police have launched efforts to trace and recover the vehicle. The matter remains under investigation, with Interpol requesting Pakistani authorities to provide updates for onward communication to UK police.
