US President Donald Trump has advised Saudi Arabia to accept Israel’s ‘helpful’ offer against Yemen’s Houthis. he said that Saudi Arabia should accept Israel’s offer to help in the fight against Yemen’s Houthis.
At the White House, reporters asked Trump whether Saudi Arabia should accept Israel’s offer, to which the US president replied, “Yes, absolutely, I think it should.”Trump said that Israel has been very helpful to Saudi Arabia.
It should be noted that earlier this week, a diplomatic source told an Israeli newspaper that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu had offered to assist Saudi Arabia against the Houthis through American mediation.
One of the aims of this offer was to strengthen relations with Saudi Arabia. However, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman opposed the move because he feared that it might provoke a backlash from the Saudi people.
