Islamabad: The 17th death anniversary of the late Irfan Dar, a senior reporter of the Daily Express, will be observed on (February 20). To pay homage to his soul, a Quran recitation will be held after Zuhr prayers at his ancestral home located on Sarfaraz Road, Waris Khan, Rawalpindi.
Irfan Dar was returning home from his office after completing his election duty in 2008 when he was injured in a traffic accident near Chandni Chowk and could not survive then.
