Bilawal, who was the third shooter in the Amir Balaj Tapu murder case and the nephew of Teefi Butt, has been arrested through Interpol. Bilawal, who was earlier declared a fugitive, had fled to Dubai, after which the Lahore Police sought help from Interpol.
