Islamabad: The victims of Triple A and Rehman Builders have demanded from the Prime Minister, Army Chief, Chief Justice of Pakistan and Chairman NAB to recover their sunk money along with profits and provide them redress.
NAB’s job is to provide justice and investigate, not to support fraudsters. Those involved in fraud should be brought to justice and punished. Addressing a press conference at the National Press Club, Islamabad, victims of Triple A and Rehman Builders, Malik Muhammad Ramzan, Syed Zeeshan, Nasir Hayat and others, said that Triple A and Rehman Builders have cheated innocent citizens and committed a fraud of Rs 12.7 billion.
Single property has been sold to ten people and about 1800 people have submitted applications against Triple A in NAB. In which 40 percent of the victims are overseas Pakistanis. owners of Triple A, Sheikh Fawad and retired Colonel Shahzad Kayani are involved in this fraud. A writ has been filed in the Supreme Court by 90 people.
They have been taking money from people in the name of investment and buying properties in their own names since February 2023. The Supreme Court had ordered NAB to accommodate the victims and return the money to the people under the pre-bargain. NAB has supported the fraudsters instead of the victims. We request the NAB Chairman to return our money.
A negative impression is being given that they are defaming the Pakistan Army. We request the Army Chief to take action against the few black sheep who are tarnishing the name of the Pakistan Army. We have submitted applications to all institutions but our redress has not been received. Triple A has properties worth more than six billion, but so far not a single victim has received anything. We appeal to the NAB Chairman to sell the properties of Triple A and give them to the victims.
