Gujarat’s AC Patel briefly posed as Pakistani national Mohammad Nazir Hussain, but that moment proved the most difficult for him. US authorities uncovered the fraud and caught Patel with a fake passport bearing the name and citizenship of a Pakistani national.
Patel was deported by US authorities and taken to Delhi airport on February 12, where he was arrested as soon as he got off flight AA-292.
