The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has set up a One Window Facilitation Center to facilitate citizens in paying their dues in a timely manner. Under the supervision of CDA Member State Talat Mehmood and Member Finance Tahir Naeem, the center provides various facilities, including digitalization and a cashless system. Citizens have appreciated the excellent arrangements and thanked Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa for his instructions.

The center was kept open from 9 am to 12 midnight on June 30, 2025, to allow citizens to pay their dues, including property charges, development charges, water charges, and transfer fees. The CDA has warned that strict legal action will be taken against citizens who fail to pay their dues by June 30, 2025, including heavy fines, cancellation of allotment/lease, and auction of property. The names of defaulters may also be published in newspapers, damaging their legal status and social prestige.

The CDA administration has appealed to citizens to pay their dues before the deadline to avoid any legal action. Citizens can get more information from CDA headquarters or relevant offices. The CDA’s modern digital system and transparent operations have made the payment process easy and convenient for citizens.
