Quetta: Justice Muhammad Amir Nawaz Rana, heading the Ziarat Tragedy Inquiry Commission, conducted proceedings in open court on September 14, 2026.
A large number of individuals appeared before the court, including Abdul Rasheed Ahmed, Shakeel Bangalzai, Muhammad Salman, Abdul Samad, Masood Ahmed, Shoaib Bangal, and Habibullah Khan.
Additionally, in compliance with the Commission’s order dated September 9, 2026, the Secretary General of the High Court (Caretaker) submitted a detailed report providing a full account of the FIR.
Furthermore, the hearing was adjourned until a future date, at which time witnesses will be summoned to complete their statements.
