According to the news broadcast on the private news channel ARY News, the FIA officer and his associates were falsely accused of kidnapping, and snatching cash and gold, According to the defamation notice, the private news channel should apologize to the FIA officer for broadcasting false and fabricated news and rebroadcast the news based on facts as the FIA has been ordered to IA officer suffered severe mental anguish.
According to details, inquiry number 18/24 was registered against a fraudulent company ISMMART Group in FIA Anti-Corruption Circle Quetta, in which according to the victims, the Nosarbaz Group looted billions of rupees by luring them with monthly profits.
The CEO of Nosarbaz Fraud Group, Shaukatullah Marwat, and his other fraudulent associates Jahanzeb Alam Naveed Khan, Asad Mahmood, and others together looted billions of rupees from innocent people from all over Pakistan.A financial fraud investigation is also underway in Dubai against the Nosarbaz Fraud Group ISM Mart and NAB Islamabad is also investigating this fraudulent group, The FIA has started a regular inquiry and conducted raids at various places
During the inquiry, on the identification of the victims, FIA Inspector Inayatullah raided the house of Nosarbaz Asad Mahmood in the Mian Channu area. During the raid, the local police station The Talamba police team was also with the FIA officials.
As soon as the FIA team entered the street leading to Asad Mahmood’s house, the noserbaj Asad Mahmood managed to escape by leaving his car and nephew Tanzil at the scene on seeing the FIA officials.
On which the FIA officials shifted the car and Asad Mahmood’s nephew Tanzil to the Talamba police station. Later, when Asad Mahmood’s nephew Tanzil was interrogated, he revealed that my uncle Asad Mahmood worked as a mechanic in Dubai until 2021. In 2021, suddenly my uncle started receiving huge amounts of money and my uncle started building assets worth billions of rupees, my uncle has hidden a huge amount of money and gold in his house.
On the tip-off of the noserbaj Asad Mahmood’s nephew Tanzil, the FIA team took Tanzil to Asad Mahmood’s house and seized cash, some gold, and weapons from Asad Mahmood’s house. I took Later, Tanzil was released on bond on the guarantee of the respected area in Talamba police station
The day after the raid, Asad Mahmood’s brother Adnan appeared before the FIA officials and claimed that this money and gold were my personal and that this money had nothing to do with Asad Mahmood. The FIA officials formally appeased him and returned all the money, gold, and weapons.
Adnan submitted a formal affidavit regarding the return of the money, gold, and weapons. And Adnan gave a guarantee to the FIA officials that Asad Mahmood would appear in the inquiry.
Since criminal inquiry number 45/24 was being conducted against Nosarbaz Asad Mahmood and his brother Adnan in the FIA Anti-Money Laundering Circle Multan for extensive money laundering and making illegal assets, and in this inquiry, Nosarbaz Asad Mahmood filed an FIR regarding his numerous valuable assets and money laundering made in just three years. When the IA Multan could not satisfy him and could not produce any documentary evidence, the scoundrel Asad Mahmood filed a fabricated and baseless application with the DG FIA to avoid both inquiries and pressure the FIA officials.
On this application, the DGFA has constituted a fact-finding inquiry and ordered the FIA Multan to conduct an inquiry. But instead of waiting for the inquiry to be conducted by the FIA Multan, Asad Mahmood filed a petition under Section 22A in the local session’s court of Islamabad.
The Honorable Session’s court of Islamabad dismissed Asad Mahmood’s application. On which Asad Mahmood filed a writ petition in the Islamabad High Court and the honorable high court issued an order to register a case with the FIA Islamabad to satisfy Asad Mahmood.
The order of the Islamabad High Court was challenged by Inspector Inayatullah in the honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan.
A very surprising thing here. It is the position of the FIA that a case is pending in the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan and the Islamabad FIA hastily filed an FIR without waiting for the order of the Supreme Court.
In light of the above facts, it is clear that the FIA officials did not do anything illegal, and taking action on a baseless fake application by a novice person is a matter of concern for the higher officials of the FIA and the Honorable Supreme Court.
