Health experts have advised people to be careful in eating and drinking during Ramadan, they have emphasized the use of more water and adopting healthy eating and drinking habits.

According to the sources, President Asif Ali Zardari congratulated the entire Pakistani nation and the Muslim Ummah on the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan and said that Ramadan makes us feel the suffering of the needy and deprived sections.

He said that the message of the blessed month is that we should rise above ourselves and help others, meet the needs of the poor and needy, and promote the spirit of selflessness and sacrifice in society. The nation is appealed to participate actively in charity and almsgiving in this blessed month and take special care of the needy. We need to be the support of the poor beyond our means.

Asif Ali Zardari said that I congratulated the entire Pakistani nation and the Muslim Ummah on the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan. He said that Ramadan is the month of mercy, forgiveness, and salvation from hell. This month teaches us the lessons of self-purification, patience, perseverance, compassion, equality, and unity. Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, while congratulating the entire nation and the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Ramadan, said that we should remember the poor and needy around us and help them according to our ability. We should also remember the millions of Palestinian and Kashmiri brothers and sisters who are victims of oppression and unite to raise our voice against this oppression. It is time for us to strengthen the unity of the Muslim Ummah and promote cooperation and brotherhood.

In his message to the nation on the beginning of Ramadan 1446 AH, Shehbaz Sharif said that we are grateful to Allah Almighty that once again we are being blessed with the blessing of Ramadan. This is the month of mercy, blessings, and forgiveness, in which Allah Almighty grants us His closeness. He said that the real message of Ramadan is patience, gratitude, sympathy, brotherhood, and sacrifice. This is the month that makes us feel the pain and suffering of others.
