Dera Ismail Khan: Over a domestic dispute, a husband took his wife to Chashma Barrage on the pretext of a walk. The husband jumped from a moving car and threw his wife into the canal along with the car. On hearing the screams, people pulled the woman out of the canal alive. The husband managed to escape.

A case has been registered against the husband on the wife’s report. A 33-year-old woman, a resident of Kot Isa Khan Tehsil, Draban Kalan, told the police that her husband had taken her for a walk to Chashma Barrage in his car, but on the spot, he threw me into the canal along with the car and jumped himself.
