In 2018, Usman Buzdar’s assets were worth Rs 762,000. In 2024, he said his properties were valued at Rs 4 billion.
During previous years, Buzdar has increased his estates to 45,000 kanals and added 3,900 kanals of land, 15 plots of land, and new vehicles worth crores, not to mention the big influx in bank balances.
More interesting is the fact that in 2018, Buzdar’s assets were Rs 762,000 while the former chief minister declared the value of his assets to have risen to Rs 55 crore in his nomination papers by 2024.
In this time span of three years, Buzdar has acquired cars worth around Rs 2 crore, while the approximate value of all his assets, especially his huge landholding, has been computed at around Rs 4000 million in such time.
According to Buzdar, it was Rs 13,000 for a kanal of land. This means he spent more than a billion on 1,698 kanals.
