Peshawar -The Capital City Police Peshawar, are using thousands of Seized vehicles. Many High-ranking police officers misused their powers and caused a loss of Millions to the government. It is the story of Non-Custom paid vehicles and how High Ranks police officers are using these vehicles instead of handing them over to the Customs Authority. Vehicles belonging to the (Maal Muqadma) are utilized by relatives of police officers, gunmen even girlfriends of Police officers.
According to the reports of The Inquirer, When thousands of non-custom paid and stolen vehicles are caught in police stations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, PSP officers are the first to seize them, considering them as gifts from GOD. Although according to the law, these non-custom paid vehicles belonging to the (Maal Muqadma) are required to be immediately handed over to the customs department, thousands of vehicles were trapped by Capital City Police Peshawar.
Many PSP officers have done business worth of Millions of rupees and enjoying the self-made luxury of Government Exchequer. It has been reported that a senior PSP officer has even taken a tractor. The number of vehicles used by senior police officers in financial cases is on record, although many officers have retired or have moved from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to other provinces. But they still have those vehicles bypassing the rules of Law.
It is the humble request of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the Inspector General Police, to take strict action against these officers, and it is just like the first episode, mind-blowing details will be revealed soon along with Names of Police Officers.
