Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Mr. Omar Ayub Khan, has strongly condemned the heinous terrorist attack on a school bus in Khuzdar, Balochistan. He stated that the terrorists’ cowardly act of targeting innocent schoolchildren is a condemnable attempt to spread unrest in the province.
“The attack on a school bus carrying innocent children is a horrific act of savagery,” said the Opposition Leader, expressing profound grief over the martyrdom of innocent students and teachers in the incident. He emphasized the urgent need to identify and punish the perpetrators. “Those responsible must be brought to justice without delay and given the severest possible punishment,” he demanded.
Mr. Omar Ayub Khan termed the attack a vile conspiracy by enemies of the state aimed at destabilizing Pakistan. “Such acts are part of a despicable plot to create chaos in the country,” he noted. He further stated that the terrorists who target innocent children deserve no leniency. “Those who commit such inhumane crimes must be dealt with iron hands,” he asserted.
The Leader of the Opposition also prayed for the swift recovery of the injured and extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
