John Cena, a popular wrestler and actor around the world, including in Pakistan, will bid farewell to the world of wrestling forever sometime in 2025. He is currently quite active in WWE, and after winning the Elimination Chamber match recently, he will face current WWE Champion Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41. But in the Elimination Chamber, he set a world record that is unique for a wrestler and is unlikely to be broken for a long time.
According to Guinness World Records, John Cena set a new world record by becoming a heel after being a face or hero for the longest time in WWE history.
John has been active in WWE for more than 2 decades as a wrestler who demonstrates a positive mindset or attitude, but after the Elimination Chamber match, he suddenly attacked Rudy Codds and changed dramatically by becoming an ally of The Rock. The last time John Cena became such a villain wrestler in his career was in 2003, and after turning into a hero on November 6, 2003, he remained in front of fans as a positive wrestler for 7786 days.
Previously, this record was held by Hulk Hogan, who became a villain after being active as a hero wrestler from July 1981 to July 1976, i.e., for 5420 days.
It will not be possible to break John Cena’s new world record soon, but this is not his first Guinness World Record. John Cena has previously set a world record that is different from the current record and reflects his good nature. John Cena holds the world record for granting the most wishes of children for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
According to Guinness World Records, as of July 2022, John Cena has granted 650 wishes to children aged 2 to 18. Guinness World Records praised John Cena and said that, to date, no one has been able to grant more than 200 wishes to such sick children.
These sick children often express their desire to meet a famous person, attend an event, or receive a gift from an individual from the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and John Cena is always ready to do so. John Cena started working with Make-A-Wish in 2002 and has been continuously associated with it since then.
