When he retired in August 2024, he was so fond of getting VIP protocol and hearing the cries of “Get out and run” that he became a fake High Commissioner of Oman. He got the flag of Oman and other symbols installed in his luxury car and started going to various government and private events as the High Commissioner.
The fraud scandal broke out in such a way that the doctor’s secretary wrote a letter to the police officer of the Ghaziabad district asking him to be given protocol on his arrival. The officer became suspicious that Oman is not a part of the Commonwealth, then where did its High Commissioner come from? When he investigated, Dr. Rana’s secret was revealed due to a small mistake.
