Eid-ul-Fitr

There are chances of six holidays on Eid-ul-Fitr this time. The Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council has predicted that this time, the month of Ramadan will be 29 days long, and Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on March 31.

Astronomers say that the Eid-ul-Fitr moon will be sighted in most parts of Pakistan on the evening of March 30 because at that time, its age will be 26 hours, which is exactly in line with the conditions for the sighting of the moon.

Thus, Eid will be celebrated on three days (Monday to Wednesday), that is, March 31 and April 1 and 2; however, if thirty fasts are completed, Eid will be celebrated from Tuesday to Thursday, April 1. Earlier, Saturday and Sunday were holidays for government employees, so there will be at least six holidays for Eid.
