Nine pleaded guilty to an international narcotics gang lay and lured an innocent family by switching bag tags at the airport. The innocent family, arrested in Saudi Arabia, has been released. Mohsin Naqvi extensively sympathized with the family and shared their happiness on their return after release. “The shock this family underwent cannot be worded,” he said.ANF worked ceaselessly day and night to locate the international gang and arrest the actual culprits. The government of Saudi Arabia also cooperated in the efforts.
Mohsin Naqvi appreciated the performance of the DG ANF Major General Abdul Moeed and his entire team for the immediate steps taken to release the innocent family. The victim’s maternal uncle, Malik Arshad, thanked the ANF team. Haroon Ali, a member of the victim’s family, said: “Whatever was done to the innocent family by Mohsin Naqvi and ANF DG Major General Abdul Moeed cannot be told in words.”
Farhana Akram, a resident of Marghzar Colony, Lahore, was in Saudi Arabia with four family members on December 23.
