In the US city of Orlando, a thief swallowed diamonds worth about 220 million rupees for fear of arrest.
According to a foreign news agency report, a 32-year-old citizen named Jethan Lawrence Glider stole two pairs of diamond earrings worth 769,000 from a shopping mall in Orlando on February 26. Jethan fled after stealing, and the police chased him and arrested him, but nothing was found.
During the interrogation, the accused said, “Should I be arrested because there is something in my stomach?” When the police did an X-ray of Jethan, it was found that there was something in his digestive tract.
The police suspected that these objects were stolen valuable diamonds, after which they arranged for these diamonds to come out naturally, while the accused is in the custody of the police.
