Back on 9th May incident, former PM of Pakistan and leader of the Tehreek-e-Insaf political group was imprisoned within NAB accused on the basis of fraudulent conduct linked with Al-Qadir Foundation owned by the leader himself and his lawful partner Bushra Bibi, after which PTI followers became uncontrollable causing mayhem and protesting against the verdict judiciary.

 It turned out to be a horrible uprising, tearing down buildings and army accommodations and taking down General Officer’s house. Rampage led to the lock-up notices issued to the noticeable party members, several rebels and others involved.

Supreme Court allowed him conditional release keeping aside the opposing mandate of Lahore High Court and summoned opposing factions today at 1pm for the documented verdict proclaiming High Court’s decree unjust.

 Shocking turn of events was noticed as Gul Hassan Aurangzeb got interchanged by Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Mr Yahya Afridi presided over three-judge benches. Justice Afridi resumed the hearing of the case this very day as few days back the case was postponed keeping in view the prosecuting officer’s illness.

 Imran Khan has been allowed an interim release although he would be still captivated considering the corruption case filed against him. Khan has been entangled into several crucial trials ranging from fraudulent claims to extremism. Rest of the members of PTI political party and counterpart party heads have also been convicted to the pertinent lawsuits
