Good News for Pakistani Students Seeking Higher Education in the United States

Islamabad – The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has opened applications for PhD scholarships at 100 top U.S. universities. According to HEC, these scholarships are being offered under the U.S.-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor project, which has been divided into two categories.

The first category includes the top 50 U.S. universities, where selected scholars will receive full tuition coverage along with a stipend and health insurance. The second category covers universities ranked from 51 to 100, for which students will be provided $12,000 annually for tuition, in addition to a stipend and health insurance.

Applications for the scholarship can be submitted through the HEC website until April 30, 2026.
