Four Employees of Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Federal Government Employers Housing Foundation are arrested by Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Anti-Corruption Circle Unit. Suspects, Fakhr Abbas, Rana Munir, Miraj Afridi, and Qaiser Abbas, were arrested after the cancellation of their pre-arrest bail by Special Central Judge.
According to the FIA, Fakhr Abbas, a patwari at the CDA, issued fake reports about 4 Kanal land of Shah Allag Dita area ,which fall in the CDA Sector D-13,. He also registered a fake power of attorney along with other accused.
The other accused, Rana Munir, Miraj Afridi, and Qaiser Abbas, allegedly changed the ownership of a plot by falsification and devolving it to an unrelated person. Rana Munir is a Deputy Director at the Federal Government Employers Housing Foundation, while Miraj Afridi is an Executive Engineer.
