Additional Home Secretary Salman Chaudhry has been appointed as the Director General (DG) of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
According to sources, Salman Chaudhry is serving as Additional Home Secretary who was previously the IG Motorway Police.
According to sources, the federal cabinet will approve the name of the new DG FIA. He went to Morocco with a 4-member team to investigate the recent boat accident. Salman Chaudhry had submitted a report on the boat accident in Morocco to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister had praised Additional Home Secretary Salman Chaudhry for the investigation report.
