The DNA report of Nadeem Jat, the accused who raped 5-year-old Zahra of neighboring village Khohar, came positive.
Accused Nadeem Jat was a resident of 5-year-old deceased Zahra’s street. Accused Nadeem Jat is the father of two young children, a daughter and a son himself. The accused arrested in the rape and murder case was a gardener in a college at Head Rasool.
After 11 days, when the DNA report came, the accused was arrested as suspicious. Earlier, the medical report had confirmed abuse malpractice. Marks of violence on the face, back, and different parts of the body were also revealed in the medical report.
The police had detained 5 suspects in the case.
In the village of Khohar, 11 years ago, Zahra Junaid, a young girl, was kidnapped killed, and locked in a sack. After abducting the girl, the accused threw the sacked body from a height of 25/30 feet.
