A packet labeled “Metro Islamabad Beef Booty” has been recovered from the refrigerator in the warehouse of the donkey meat scandal.

Now the question is arising whether this packet was actually purchased from Metro?
Or were these packets being manufactured and supplied to other marts including Metro?
The direction of the investigation now needs to be turned towards the supply chain. And the scope of the investigation needs to be further expanded.
