The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) lately held a performance review meeting to take stock of the recovery progress across its various directorates. The meeting, chaired by Additional Director General Awais Manzoor Tarar, was to review performance, identify lapses, and discuss ways to improve recovery operations.
Representatives of some of the various directorates attended the meeting where directors of Engineering, Estate Management, Finance, and Building Control provided detailed accounts of their ongoing efforts and discussed ways to improve operational efficiency.
The highly organized review meeting on behalf of the RDA showcases the highest level of transparency and good governance that the organization has been trying to establish. The Director General Kinza Murtaza has been insisting on bringing an improvement in the recovery system so that it could assist the development objectives of the authority.
Then came the decision for further steps toward ensuring the working of all RDA operations goes smoothly. This move is supposed to facilitate the efficiency and proper management of all departments concerned.
