Senior actress and director Marina Khan has revealed that she wants to try drugs once before she dies.
Marina Khan is one of Pakistan’s prominent showbiz personalities, having gained fame through several dramas including ‘Tanhaiyan’, ‘Dhop Kinare’ and ‘Jackson Heights’.The actress recently participated in Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast, where she openly discussed various topics.
During the conversation, Marina Khan said that matches were being held in Sharjah, where she, Shahnaz, Laila Zuberi and Shakeel Sahib were invited. It was a strange feeling to watch the match from the VIP Celebrity Pavilion, because she never considered herself a celebrity.
She further said that after the match, when she and Shahnaz went out in the car in broad daylight, it suddenly became dark, because the car was full of people. As soon as the match ended, a crowd of fans came out. As soon as the car moved, people started gathering around. Then we realized what it was like to be famous. It was an amazing and extraordinary experience.
Ahmed Ali Butt asked Marina Khan if there was anything she wanted to try, to which she replied that she was interested in trying drugs once.She said that she wanted to know why people were so crazy about it and what was the attraction in it that impressed them.
According to Marina Khan, her family was a liberal one, where there was no strictness on anything, but since she herself was afraid, she never took such a step. However, now that she is old, she thinks that she should try it once before she dies.
She further said that someone had advised her to try cannabis first, but then she heard that after using the drug, a person loses control over themselves, so she has never tried it and if she ever thought of trying it, she would do so only in the presence of people close to her.
