A startling development in the Peshawar High Court has captured public and legal attention after a petition alleged that a senior member of the MTI Tribunal, Mr. Mansoor Tariq, demanded a bribe in the form of an iPhone 16 Pro Max from a doctor in return for a favorable decision in his case. The petition, reportedly sent directly to the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court, was treated with urgency due to the gravity of the claims. During the initial court proceedings, the Advocate General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was issued an oral notice.
