A special writing on the occasion of my father’s fourth death anniversary on March 14th

In the journey of life, there are some beings who illuminate our path like a beacon of light. They protect us in their shade like a shady tree and make life’s complexities easier with their love, compassion and guidance.

My father was also such a great person, whose memories are still burning like a bright lamp in my heart. The day of March 14, 2021 was a moment in my life that cannot be described in words.

On that day, my father, Mushtaq Hussain Bhatti, son of Mian Fazal Karim Bhatti, son of Gul Din Bhatti, son of Mian Muhammad Bhatti, who remained a shady tree for us for 72 years, left us alone in the sun of the world and departed forever.

That day was no less than a resurrection for me. A father is not just a relationship, but the foundation and support of life, and when this support is taken away, a person becomes empty from within.

My father was a living picture of compassion and love. There was always a special sparkle in his eyes, which reflected sincerity and love. He was not strict, but had a special way of explaining everything.

His conversation was always full of gentleness, wisdom and wisdom. I not only learned practical life lessons from him, but also inherited qualities like patience, perseverance and honesty.

He always made hard work and honesty the principle of his life. He was a simple but dignified personality, who knew the art of saying a lot in few words. Every decision of his was based on principles and he never deviated from the path of truth and honesty.

I learned from him that there is no substitute for hard work, and honesty is the key to real success. In the house, he was not only a head, but also a protector.

With him, we were never surrounded by any worries. He always took care of the needs and feelings of every member of the family. In his presence, we never felt that any problem was beyond our control, because he was a person who could find a solution to every problem.

My father and mother were fortunate enough to perform Umrah in 2013. Their joy on this occasion was palpable, as if their years of prayer had been fulfilled.

They were always close to Allah, and had a deep commitment to their religion. Wounds heal with time, but there are some separations that are felt until the last moment of life. The separation from my father is one such loss that is felt every moment. His voice, his touch, his advice, and his smile are all now only memories.

When his death anniversary comes on March 14, a storm of emotions rises in my heart. I think about how different life would have been if he were among us today. But it is also true that he will always live in our hearts, his prayers will be with us, and the things he taught will remain a part of our lives.

May Allah Almighty forgive my father, grant him the highest place in Paradise, and grant us the protection of his prayers.
