Thailand: 23 people killed in heavy rains and floods.

According to foreign media, more than 700,000 people in the capital Bangkok have been affected by rains and floods that began in Thailand in mid-September.

Thailand’s Disaster Management Authority has said that 23 people have died so far in various accidents due to floods and rains, of which 4 people are from Bangkok.

According to media reports, flooding has occurred in various areas of Bangkok, in some parts of which water has not yet been drained; schools remained closed for the second day and normal life has been affected due to standing water in roads and in low-lying areas.
